Chatham County Commission Wrap-up, Sept. 22: Homicides up, overall crime down
Part I Homicides more than doubled this year over 2022’s total – from 3 to 7. But those numbers are skewed by two horrific incidents, a triple homicide in June and a double homicide in August.
