Savannah Scottish Games and Celtic Festival
Break out the kilts! The Savannah Scottish games and celtic festival is back for its 47th year. Enjoy learning about Scottish history and culture. Come join this grand celebration of Scottish heritage, with Celtic music, Scottish clans/societies, pipe and drum bands, Highland dancing, heavy athletic events (athletes throwing telephone poles), children's activities, sheep herding, birds of prey, genealogy, tug-of-war, hurling, living history demonstrations, food, refreshments and fun for the entire family. With more than 4,500 people participating in this special event each year, Savannah Scottish Games is one of the Southeast's most unique celebrations of all things Celtic.
