But during the revolution, there is still dancing. Hold onto your community, check out all these awesome events right here in Savannah, and find joy where you can.

Broughton St.

Join artists Todd Schroeder, Gonzalo Hernandez, Walter Sanmartin in collaboration with Lisa Jaye Young for their multi-generational and experimental exhibition, “again…this time with feeling”. The show asks no less than what is an art practice? It explores both art and the influence of teaching, from student and professor perspectives, considering the dynamism of both as learning and incorporating influences from the other. It tackles the power of repetition within artistic practice (with reference to other artists and art history in mentorship) as well as the role of repetition in teaching and learning. This self-selected and intricate show began with conversations about repetition and practice, influences, and homage. It began with thinking about what one takes from a teacher, incorporates, filters, and passes on. Free. 6 p.m. Laney Contemporary, 1810 Mills B. Lane Blvd.
