Ecstatic Dance
Join Olivia Sun of Weaving Waters, an NY-based dance group, and Emily Ayers, a heart based facilitator for an evening of dance, guided meditation and improv. Free Yoga in the Park
Yoga in the park, due to warmer temperatures. Get your stretch on with free yoga in the park this and every Wednesday with instructor Danette “Dani B.” Bauer. Each class is sixty minutes, and open to all skill levels, with breathwork, inclusive language, physical modifications. Bring a mat, water, make a new friend. Dark Side of the Brew at Crystal Beer Parlor
Into stout and dark beers? Love a good Star Wars pun? Head to the parlor for a huge selection of beers from breweries all over. The drought of Dry January has come to an end. What started as a small stout event in 2020 has quickly turned into a tradition. Through partnerships and taking time to search, select and cellar different styles of dark yummy liquid. Beer afficionados will find rare and delicious kegs for lovers of the Dark Brews. Stouts, Imperial Stouts, Porters, Black Lagers, Black IPAS, Imperial brown, Barley wine, Cuvees, Mead and Cider will be present along with some really cool t-shirts. First Friday Art March
It’s First Friday! Check out many local businesses and art galleries in the Starland District as they open their doors to the public for new artist receptions, openings, and local street vendors. Cougar Fest 2025 Music Festival Begins

Explore history, arts, and culture in communities throughout Georgia as over 100 museums and historic sites across the state open to the public for free during this popular event organized as part of the annual Georgia History Festival.
