Friendsgiving- Industry Night at Service Brewing
Leave the kids at home for this one. Hang at Service Brewing for a night of fried chicken and donuts from Ray Ray’s food truck, and two pints of free beer with proof of service industry employment (a paystub or initialed business card). Turkey Tuesday: Savannah Children’s Museum Special Open Day

Wednesday Walk with Bike Walk Savannah

Head downtown for a festive tree lighting ceremony with guest appearances and music to kickoff the holidays in Savannah. Have your camera ready to take pictures of the 40 ft. decorated and lit tree. Free. 5:30 p.m.-12 a.m. Bull and Broughton St.
Plant Riverside District Christmas Lighting Ceremony
Stick around downtown and catch Plant Riverside’s Christmas tree lighting. This family-friendly event serves as the official grand opening of the Fifth annual Savannah Christmas Market and will kick off the holiday season. Enjoy the holiday tree lighting, preceded by a live reading of “Twas the Night Before Christmas” by Roger Moss, The Southeast Coast Gospel Choir under direction of Delandrian Aikens, and special appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus. Jingle Bell Block Hop
Are y’all ready to jingle bell rock? Bring the whole family to Ellis Square for a holly jolly good time! Celebrate the season taking pictures with Santa & Mrs. Claus by their new festive 20 ft. ornament stack. Be entertained with holiday music, dancing and a magic show. There will be special treats for all the kids on Santa’s nice list. Free. 1 p.m.-3 p.m. Ellis Square, at the intersection of Barnard and St. Julian St.
Third Annual Tybee Island Holiday Market
This festive, family-friendly event offers fun activities, local shopping, and live entertainment for all ages. Discover unique treasures from local small businesses, featuring handmade jewelry, soaps, candles, clothing, and artwork—perfect for finding gifts or indulging in holiday treats. Kids can enjoy train rides, holiday inflatables, crafts, games, and face painting. Adults can compete in the 3rd Annual Robert Ridge Cornhole Tournament for a chance to win a championship belt and prizes. Live performances throughout the day. Savannah Boat Parade of Lights 2024
Head to the river to check out the 23rd annual Boat Parade of Lights fundraiser for Greenbriar Children’s Center. Holiday-themed lit up boats go up and down River St. starting off at the Eastern Wharf dock. Free. Opening ceremony at 6:45 p.m., boats begin their loop at 7 p.m. Eastern Wharf Dock. 201 Port St.

Bread and Puppet: The Possibilitarian Puppet and Performance Art Show
Into the weird stuff? Check out this politically-themed puppet show with performance art. A traveling tour double feature- the Possibilitarian Everything Imperatives Show and Lady Cantata #9 directed by Peter Schumann, from one of the oldest non-profit political theater companies in the country, performing since 1963. Aura Fest Presents Mosh for Tots
Aura Fest presents a hardcore/metal festival fundraiser for Toys for Tots featuring bands: Bodybox, Second Death, Homicyde, Slingblade, Rectoplasm, and Drifted.
